The steaming pot is designed and manufactured based on traditional folk techniques from various regions of China and aims to improve production efficiency. It is suitable for zongzi that, after being wrapped in bamboo leaves, are directly placed into the pot and steamed using the unique closed heating process of the zongzi steaming pot. The zongzi steaming pot produced by our company consists of a pot lid + pot body + support legs. The pot lid is formed by welding an elliptical head and a pressure-bearing flange. The pot body is structured with an elliptical head + straight edge + pot mouth flange, featuring a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time for liquids, easy temperature control, attractive appearance, easy installation, convenient operation, and high safety and reliability. It is widely used in the processing of various small-scale zongzi production and other foods, and can also be used for steaming cooked egg products, bean products, etc. It is an excellent equipment for food processing to improve quality, shorten time, and enhance working conditions.
The steaming pot mainly has the following features:
1. A steam diffusion coil is installed at the bottom of the pot, with interfaces for water replenishment, water inlet, drainage, liquid level, etc. The steam diffusion tube mixes with water to heat the zongzi inside the pot.
2. The pot body is used vertically, and materials can be discharged using a hoist. When unloading after steaming, the water in the pot does not need to be drained (after multiple uses, it can be drained through the bottom drainage valve). The medium can be used continuously, reducing costs and saving energy.
3. The exterior of the pot body is insulated with a thermal layer to prevent heat loss and high-temperature burns during operation.
4. The pot door structure has been improved from the traditional flange bolt connection to a pneumatic quick-opening type. Point-to-point sensing limit, interlock, and mutual lock functions have been added. If any step in the operation is not completed properly, the next operation cannot proceed (even if the operation control button is pressed, it will not work).
5. The pot door uses inflatable sealing with safety interlock, head flange rotation, and pneumatic actuator transmission. A liquid level gauge is installed on the pot to easily monitor the water level during steaming.
6. Multiple zongzi steaming pots share one set of (air compressor + air storage tank) air replenishment device. They can be operated individually, saving space, reducing costs, and facilitating easy and simple maintenance.
7. This product can be used for steaming zongzi, marinated eggs, and similar products. During the steaming process, temperature, pressure, time, water inlet, air inlet, drainage, and exhaust can be effectively controlled to improve production efficiency.
